Aside from exceptional customer service, Accel Communications provides commercial businesses with Brivo Cloud based Access Control, Eagle Eye Camera Systems, DMP Security Alarm Install and 24/7 local Monitoring, Fire Alarm Monitoring and Multi-Family Solutions.

You can always call our office at (623) 582-1420 to schedule a service call, but we highly encourage our customers to utilize our Client Portal and create a service work order online!

Yes. Please call and then visit our remote desktop page so that we can assist you. 

You can call our office during business hours at (623) 582-1420 to put a system into test. You can also call directly into our central monitoring station at (623) 582-1500 (must have password for account).

If you have a maintenance contract, we can send you a battery free of charge. If you would like one of our technicians to come replace the battery, there will be an additional charge.

Every new install comes with a 90 day warranty for all parts. Though with our maintenance plan, parts come with either discounted pricing or complete coverage depending on the maintenance plan you choose.

Billing

Create an account in our Client Portal. Pay when your bill is due, or set up autopay! All you need in order to create your account is your customer number as well as your billing zip code. You can find all of that on your invoice, or you can give our office a call at (623) 582-1420 and we can provide that information for you.
